| Spend your retirement in Australia | |
If you are contemplating spending your retirement years in a relaxed and beautiful country then Australia offers you the opportunity to do so. Our investor retirement visa category is a four-year temporary visa which is renewable generally for a further period of four years at a time.
You will need to be over 55 years with no dependants (other than a spouse) have sufficient finances to fund your contemplated period of stay, be healthy and of good character and hold comprehensive health cover.
You must acquire sponsorship from a State or Territory Government and be willing to invest a considerable sum with that State or Territory treasury corporation.
Concessions are given to investing retirees who are willing to reside in areas considered as being “regional” which reduce the annual income and designated investment amounts necessary to satisfy the financial requirements for grant of this visa.
|
All visa subclasses require the applicant and their family members to meet what is known as basic requirements.
These usually relate to age, health, character and English language ability.
If you do not satisfy the basic requirements that relate to the subclass of visa you are applying for then you have no prospects of securing a visa to permit you to enter Australia.
Your previous immigration history is taken into account when deciding to approve or deny an application. So when entering and remaining in Australia you must ensure that you abide by the conditions and guidelines that relate to your current visa or you put at risk any future prospects you may have to migrate.
You must have no intention of working full-time in Australia but you will have work rights which enable you to work up to 20 hours per week if you wish.
|
To have one of our migration agents contact you in relation to an application in this category then all you need to do is fill out the following personal details together with your specific enquiry.
At Australian Immigration Advisors we do not offer the ever popular “free on-line assessment” as we feel that due to the fact that everyone’s circumstances differ it is imperative to communicate with you personally to ascertain all the facts of your matter.
If we can answer your enquiry quickly and concisely it may not incur a charge but we are positive you will agree that a small financial investment is well worth the knowledge that you have a response based on your full circumstances and a considered opinion of someone experienced in this area.
