Leanne Taylor began her career in the law in 1987.
Mrs Taylor is a registered migration agent and works full-time in the migration law arena.
Her extensive experience in the legal industry has given her a keen appreciation of the needs of individuals seeking legal assistance for the first time.
Mrs Taylor has considerable experience assisting clients in the preparation of all visa classes, although she has a particular interest in assisting individuals who are seeking to have a refusal decision reviewed or persons with complex immigration issues.
Her skills extend to assisting individuals with appeals to the Migration Review Tribunal and/or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (drafting extensive submissions in support and advising about the process generally) and the preparation of requests and submissions for Ministerial Intervention.
Migration agents are covered by the Migration Agents Registration Authority Code of Conduct.

Mr Hall is the Partner responsible for the Migration Division of Hall Payne Lawyers and has practised as a migration lawyer himself from 2000 through to 2007. He performs the role of supervisor of all work performed within the division, including the review and settling of more complicated submissions in support of MRT reviews. His supervision extends to those applications to the Department that are more involved or complicated and to the provision of general advice in relation to appeals to the Federal and High Court. Mr Hall's years of experience as a registered migration agent and specialist litigation lawyer ensures that all work performed within the division is handled to an exeptionally high standard and is completed in a timely fashion.
